Prayers for God’s Children — Day 4

Here are more gleanings from the prayers for my children, revised to echo our Heavenly Father’s love for His family.

Father, remove every obstacle, heal every hurt, reverse every curse, turn to truth every lie that hinders the pursuit and discovery of Your love for us.

May every neuron made for joy that has ever been dirtied, injured or deadened by unloving relationships and circumstances be washed clean, healed, rebuilt and vitalized by the joy of Your presence.

May Your love grow so strong within us that we will think no evil of others, that we will not rejoice in evil or wrong but be filled with courage and strength to speak truth without fear, to speak truth with rejoicing.

Let us live and rest in the reality of Your love.
